How to Use With Custom Levels
This page covers how to use the features of Ultimate Cel Shader and integration.
How to add to your level with post process volume:
Add a post-process volume to your level if you don't have one already.
Select the post-process volume in the World Outliner and navigate to its Details tab.
Search for “material” in the details panel of the Post process volume
Click the “+” button and choose “asset reference”.

Select the material instance you want to use from the cel shader or outline shader.

That is it!
What each material parameter does:
Open the Material Instance for either the outline or cel shader. you will see different parameters based on which shader it is. I will go over both here:
Outline Shader:
Boundary Line Thickness: Sets the thickness of the line near the boundary of the level, usually a skybox. Change this to a lower value if your skybox has outlines.
Depth Line Intensity: Sets the intensity of “depth line multi”
Depth Line Fade:Sets the fade distance of the outline(lower values fade closer to camera)
Normal Line Intensity: Sets the detail strength of the outliner(lower values make meshes have more detail)
Normal Line thickness: Sets the thickness of the lines generated from normal maps of a mesh(usually the outer corners but can be combined with normal line base to be multiple parts of the mesh)
Line Color: Sets the color of the outlines. Recommended is black or white but you can use any color you want.
Normal Line Fade: Sets the fade distance of the normal lines
Cel Shader:
Dark tint Amount: Sets the intensity of the Dark Tint color value.
Light Tint Amount: Sets the Intensity of the Light Tint color value.
Shade Depth: Sets the shadow intensity in the scene.
Dark tint: Sets the color to use in the scene for darker areas.
Light Tint: Sets the color to use in the scene for lighter areas.
You should now have the Cel and Outline shader set up in your level and working. If you run into issues, join the Discord, and I will try to help you out. Just tag me, Mir (KomodoBit Games) in #Other-Fab-Support.
