Here are some common questions and notes that people have.

  1. This product is not made by Valve/Steam or Epic Games. It is a custom plugin not associated with them.

  2. To test in the editor, you need to play in standalone PIE after setup. The Steam overlay should work out of the box. To use the Epic Games Overlay in the editor, use the Login with Browser

  3. This documentation is also provided as video format for here:

  4. In Steam, for DLCs, the App ID and the Depot ID are the same. However, for full games, use the App ID as the integer

  5. If using the Epic Games Store, ensure you have the ECOM privileges enabled in your client policy on the Epic Games developer portal.
